I remember this time last year I was so eager for my review class to end so that I could finally go the camera store. I have waited for 4 years, it hurt to wait some more. I remember feeling so giddy; a 6-year old on sugar high had nothing on me. Three hours later, I posted this dark, grainy photo.
It's been a year and thousands of images have been captured since I held you for the first time, Drew. And I'm still as grateful and awed as I was that day. For a year now, you have been my Device for Rediscovering Ethereal Wonders. You and me, we are witnesses of the world's unfathomable beauty, of God's limitless creativity. With you, I saw the world with new eyes. And we are just beginning. Cheers to more years and a hundred thousand more photographs for both of us. ♥
